It's about time someone showed these owners of businesses that they are not Gods, as many think they are... He should have been nailed with a few more charges and jailed. He robbed 3 people, embezzled money, falsified both state and federal documents.... I'm sure I could think of a few more..... He's a thief. Why should he EVER be allowed to contract for the state again? I would hope this would demand a FULL wage and hour audit! I have seen many of these types of employers over the years...they have done it before, they will do it again.They do not care about their workers, only lining their own pockets. So grow a pair and start prosecuting all of them to the fullest extent of the law! Good, but not enough!
